Best JB4 map for meth + other mods or e85?

I have a 2010 535i that has JB4, metal charge pipe, and meth injection. Currently I use map 1/5 for dailying (don't want to use meth) and map 3 for more "spirited" fun or the strip. I'm planning at some point in the future on adding the DCI and downpipe. Will map 3 still account for these? will map 5 with meth enabled on it still account for meth? What is the best option for this or for other mods, or if I combine 30-40% e85 and meth? Sorry if this has been talked about before, couldn't find a thread on it.
