BMW 320D 2007 Exhaust fume smell

Hello all,

i wondered if you could help, just lately at slow speed or stationairy with my blowers on in the car. I can smell the Exhaust fumes very bad!
Its so bad i have to turn the blower motor off.

Any ideas of what it could be?

Car is an 2007 N47 with 145k miles.

Any recommendations would be great. Had a quick look under the bonnet and under the car. Nothing obvious atm.

Sounds like a leak in the exhaust; a smoke test will locate that.
