I purchased a E36 318is not to long ago and I was initially thinking of making it a project car but I am not sure if I want to anymore. The 318 is not a powerful car and I have done a decent bit of research on forced induction for this car. The conclusion I have reached is that I would be better off selling the car to get money for another one. I really like my car and I don't know if I should put the money into it or just sell it and get a different car. What would you recommend I do?

If power is the ultimate goal, you would be better off with a different car. Squeezing power out of a 318is is going to be very expensive, to the point where you probably won't find it worth it. I understand the emotional attachment to the car but if you want lots of power and don't have money to buy a second car then sell/trade in the e36 and move into something else.Originally Posted by dilldill
