    The code are for both banks, I would check the fuel pressure as this will cause those codes. Spraying a chemical into the intake will cause the air fuel ratios to change and the O2 was just reporting that change.

    P0170 (Fuel Trim-Bank 1)
    -P0173 (Fuel Trim-Bank 2)
    -P1188 (Fuel Control- Bank 1 Sensor 1)
    -P1189 (Fuel Control- Bank 2 Sensor 1)
