I have a friend with an E36 race car and ordered a splitter mount from MKAH Motorsports.
I've seen several guys vouch for them over the last year or two, but he ordered two weeks ago and crickets. No order confirmation, nothing - but the Paypal payment did go through. He's tried to reach out several times, and even on their Facebook page, and no response (even though they're posting a couple times a day).
Did we just fall through the cracks somehow, or has anyone else had trouble with an MKAH order? (Hint - if you look through their "visitor posts" on their facebook page most people are pretty happy, but there are one or two who have had similar issues).
Don't want to burn a bridge, and their mount is the goldilocks one we've been looking for, but this seems a bit odd.

I ordered a diffuser from MKAH in January... response time and shipping was lightning fast.

He didn't. The day after I wrote on here and on the E36 M3 facebook group he responded to my friend, very apologetic. So we at least are getting somewhere. I don't know his story, so no judgment from me. We were just getting nervous the whole deal was going to flake.
