So I purchased the kassel performance m50 manifold kit with the molded hose just like M50manifold.com has. So I can swap intakes from my s52. Everything went ok except for the life of me I can not push the hose onto the CCV. The CCV measures 22MM OD and the hose measures 20MM ID. I tried lubricate with no success. I even had a pry bar behind the CCV while trying to push the hose on. Anyone run into this problem with either kits. Those routes around the TB coolant lines.

Take the hose off and place the end in boiling water. Find a round piece of wood around 22mm and push it onto the hot hose end and let it cool. Do this a couple of times until the end flares. Then lub the inside of the hose with soapy water and push it on.

I dont want to take the intake back off. So I'm trying the hot water treatment with the tea kettle and then soaking the tip of the hose in a coffee mug for a while. No luck yet
You may have to try hot oil so you can get the temp over 212F. Rubber will melt around 350F so be careful.
If that doesn't work, you could get a reducer and couple it into the hose. Strange that the kit has a hose that doesn't fit.

Thanks for the website. I got the hose on 90% and clamped. I may just order that reducer just in case it comes off. I would have to find a plastic reducer to connect the 2 hoses together.

Congratulations for getting it on. Might want to look into using a brass coupler, I had a plastic one break by just moving the hose. Plastic get brittle over time.
