Anybody run un-staggered M-Pars?

I've searched a bit for this, but never really found anything.

I've got a '99 740iL with the factory 16" basketweaves. Was looking to switch over to M-Pars, and wondered if anybody ran the 18x8 (fronts) all around. I've read lots of complaints about short tire life on the rears, and wondered if I should just go with fronts all around. That way I could rotate and perhaps extend tire life. I'm just not sure if it would look weird.

Some people run same size tires on staggered sets of m-pars ( not a fan ) but lots of people do it . Yer right about the rears wearing first at least for me, I do more highway driving then anything and I can go two sets of rear to one set of fronts.

My winter set is 4 front m pars with front size tires on them. Works just fine.
