WTB - e36 Estoril or white M3/4/5 in mint/near mint condition

Looking for Estoril or AW M3/4/5 with any interior, but the more unique the better.
Lower mileage, condition, and maintenance are top concerns. Want a well-kept, extremely clean car.
Some mods accepted - suspension, short shift, wheels, etc. all fine.
In the Dallas area, but travel is no issue for the right car.
Let me know if you have something in this range.

I know of a very clean, storage facility kept, Estoril 3/4/5 outside of Philadelphia under 70k miles in Philly. The owner has a tentative price of $21k but not yet listed anywhere. Touched base with the owner through social media so PM me your contact info and I'm happy to relay it back to him.
