E90 328i tick noise any suggestions?

Really don’t know what can be causing it, Tick increases with RRMs so I’m pretty freaked out, did an oil change about 2 months ago maybe have to flush it again it seems but I’m assuming it’s nothing serious (hopefully)

took it to a bmw mechanic but said it was normal but it’s really getting annoying sounds cammed out lmao, need help!!! It’s My first car and it’s been nice besides that noise. Any response will be greatly appreciated thanks

It sounds like the typical lifter noise the comes and goes, not much you can do about it

I think BMW's final recommendation was to replace all the lifters, yea right. I have replaced headlight bulbs in customers cars and started the engine and had the lifter tick, when it did not have it before. That's always fun to explain to them about the noise.

Lifters, and updated rockers. The new rockers have a pin-hole that facilitates the lifters staying bled properly.
