Chassis has 122K and the S62 Motor only has 10K miles!!
The diff is from a E46 M3

I was so close to do this. I found e39 m5 cheap but,I couldn't find place to do this job. Now e39 m5 is more expensive and my e31 is older

I know this guy crazy polish mechanic
He also did v10 conversion into e31 too

Why don't you post it publicly for the edification of everyone else?

Assume you kept factory ECU and swapped in an E39M5 cluster/etc, or did you go aftermarket and keep E31 cluster?
