09 328i e90 fuel pump question

I believe my fuel pump has gone out, changed the module already with no success. Now, I go in to change my fuel pump and it looks way different than any of the ones in the videos I see, and what more is it does not match up with the fuel pump I purchased. I will attach pictures to show you what I mean... any help would be greatly appreciated.

if you go the real oem search the part number then search image it looks like you reuse the very top part, where as on my e39 it was the complete unit where did the part come from
