To cold this winter to work on it and then I broke my ankle which layed me up for awhile. Almost healed up. Wife wants it done for her birthday end of May so I gotta get to work soon!

    Thanks for ordering!

I have installed a few sets of these now and it’s nicer than I expected.. Installing an intercooler in 5 minutes and not having to test fit the bumper and tweak it or worry if it’s level or shifted is a new level of certainty.

    CNC Intercooler mounts for TR1235/TR1245

We had a member/customer mount a 1045 with these brackets.

I also looked at the original AA intercoolers today and it looks like they will be very close to fitting. This extends the fitment down through some of the spearco intercooler line also.

Additionally, on Monday I paid for a production run of the condenser conversion fitting. Cnc aluminum which should help fit extra large intercoolers on all e36/7 platforms.

Thanks Zach! Let me know when the condenser pieces are ready - looks like I'll be going with the 1045 - not sure I can fit the 1245 on the M coupe.

We can but we will need a factory core. Any good hydraulic line shop should be able to take Your factory core. I could write up instructions for them.

We could but You can thread the side of the intercooler tanks. I have done this twice now, it’s about a 10 minute task. Still way better than making custom mounts.

Good idea. Have you had anybody with an E46 confirm fitment? And do you have close-up pics of it installed on the body?

    Absolutely.

I’ll write up a quick document to ship with the fitting.

Great, thanks - placed my order for 2 units this morning. Looks like I can get a new hose from ECS for $34, I'll have a local shop cut off the condenser end and just attach your recommended 90.

Anybody have pics of it installed? Trying to see where I could mount it on an E46
