I just received word from Queensboro that the WORLDWIDE 30TH ANNIVERSARY SHIRTS are live and ready to order. These T-shirts were designed with input from groups at 8er.org - the worldwide 8 group. E31 organizations are listed on the back of the shirt, and the E31 logo selected by the clubs at 8er.org is on the front. BMWCCAE31 is hosting the ordering so everyone will have a centralized ordering place. Both long and short sleeve T-shirts are available. An initial printing has been done for inventory, and will be replenished as supplies are ordered down.

For international orders please do the following. International deliveries (outside the US)will require some additional manual services.
Here are steps for international customers:

1. Place your order and fill out the information
2. The international customers will apply their address, but select "N/A" for the STATE field.
3. This will then prompt them to select their country. If they don't have a US state, our system then realizes they are then non-US or international.
4. At this point, a message is displayed that informs them final delivery fees will be provided at a later date. We don't have automationin place to assess charges for international shipping, duties, etc.

There is a “comment” option during check out and order confirmation. Anything provided there will receive individual attention from customer service as the order is processed. Customers outside the US should place their complete address and international phone number in this space in addition to filling out the order. Queensboro will call or email you directly with any additional international shipping costs to request consent to charge the amount due once we have the information.

Let me check with them - I didn't know of it. I would suggest using 000 000 0000, and give it a try. I will call them tomorrow.

You can specify the image size in the URL to the picure. The original picture's resolution is not great but it makes it just readable:

I bypassed the phone number issue with the 000 000 0000 fix. The next stumbling block is the "state" required field, only option is N/A. Unfortunately it adds this to my zip/post code on the billing/postal address. Almost guaranteed to be lost in post.

When we lived in England, we lived in Alverstoke/Gosport/Hampshire. We would always use Hampshire as our "State"

I came across the same problem - but tried 'Use address as entered' - and then got a lot of script errors but I carried on heroically until the bitter end!

Yes Roger that is the way I would go, using Nottinghamshire as my state. The site only lets you select from the drop down, from one of the 52 states or N/A, it won't let you type anything else.

Thanks for that .I have now made an order. Just a heads-up. I wasn't able to finish the orderprocess on the phone. I couldn't put in a phone number. Had to start up the stationary computer, and then It worked fine. So if you having trouble try to order on a pc.

To update everyone, several sizes have already sold out. So, yesterday we placed an order for additional shirts. If you try to order a size and it says sold out, just go back in a few days and try to place the order again. As soon as shirts are back in stock, you will be able to order your size. The Queensboro system does not let them sell a shirt on backorder, so as soon as the new ones are printed, they will be available to order again.
