Thought I would post some pics of my project. This Euro 320/6 was purchased this summer. She is totally rust free despite her initial import owner living in Vermont (1983). She moved to Arizona in 1987. When I got her she had an aftermarket stereo with amp, etc., blue cloth interior (not oem), sagging headliner, rough paint, etc. She needed some TLC. The engine and tranny are in good condition. I replaced the suspension and did a drive shaft service, so she drives smooth with no vibrations or shimmys, even at higher speeds. I had her repainted, went to full black interior with leather seats, with vintage Blaupunkt radio. She now looks stock inside with the added touch of the leather seats. Cracked dash replaced with one sourced from NC craigslist ($300, and refurbished for another $250). The sunset photo was taken today. Hope this warms up those of you who are freezing your butts off.

Very well presented. The picture with the mountains in the background is great. The carpet looks very clean and well preserved. Enjoy the car and be proud of your work.
Gorgeous!
Wow, very impressive, and very well presented!

Thanks guys. The color is original fjord blue. It really pops. The carpet I scrounged from a $400 parts car. During the summer I pulled it and hosed it down with some spot treatment here and there. Here in AZ, it was dry in about 20 minutes. It really cleaned up well. I can't recommend enough the value of having a cheap parts car for one of these restorations. The one I got had no drive train, no seats, no AC components (not an issue with my E21 as it did not have AC). An initial look at it made me wonder if it was worth it. It was. I can not tell you how many parts, including the carpet, I managed to scrounge. Especially, little things, like the right screws, washers, clips, hoses, etc. It was also a great source in terms of reassembly. This really came in handy with reassembly of the sun roof. I'm very pleased with the result and compliments. Thanks.
I loooooove this car. It was a good find and you turned it in to something even better. Great work
Was this the one that went from AZ to NJ and then back to AZ (it was on eBay)? If so, you made quick work of that car.

Love the color, I have been thinking of respraying mine also and going green or blue but white can just be so clean.
Wonderful car, good job sir!
