It's a very popular Chinese site. The site itself is trustworthy, the sellers are individuals listing their products on Aliexpress, so there will be a great variation in quality of support.
They will definitely ship your things, but usually if there is a quality problem, or something needing repairs, it will become a big headache.

Thanks for chiming in - pretty much what I expected to hear.
Damn, so spend $1,100 for a cf rear diffuser and front lip from RW or 50% cheaper from AliExpress with great variation in quality/support and potential headache (and enormous lead time). UGH
