    Identify this sensor, please

bmwsensor.jpg I broke the hose when I tried to remove it to change the plugs. Needs to be replaced but I don't know what it is.

    TIA

Sooo, way more problems than I originally thought. Lots of ugly codes that wont go away and it is undrivable. Towing it down to Bimmer Barn in central Jersey to have the chip read for a complete diagnosis and repair. Sigh. Has anybody dealt with them?

its not sensor, its blow by hose with integrated heater, best install oil catch can there. No more problem with carbon on valves.
