And are E24 or E30 ones that different?

265/6 I have the E28 one and it won't work. I've thought about getting some flat steel, then cutting two pieces, drill holes and "extending" the E28 one.

The E23 265/6 crossmember is unique and rare as hens teeth.
If you can fabricobble something, just do it while you search for a real one.
I have one in my 735, and it will be coming out eventually, but I doubt I would part with it due to the rarity.
Ivo would also be a good source since there were more E23 with a 265/6 in Europe than here.

I made one for my car. Easy if you have a hack saw and some decent welding skills. Used 1 inch angle iron pieces.
