Hello Guys!
I need to ask for some assistance here....I am trying to install ISTA/P 3.65 on a HP g7 laptop. I already have ISTA+ 4.15.23 installed, along with "BMW Standard Tools". Both of them run just fine.
My issue is this....this HP has an AMD processor that reports being 1.9GHz. Because ISTA/P does NOT "see" a 2.2GHz, it STOPS install of course.
IS there a way to get ISTA/P to "ignore" hardware requirements and proceed with installation?????? OR am I going to have to find a machine that reports 2.2GHz or higher???
Thank you VERY much for your help!

If you don't have an ICOM, I strongly suggest avoiding ISTA-P. There is a very high risk of failed flashing.
I realize that isn't the answer to your question. There are easy to set up "standalone" ISTA-P that you simply unpack and run.

OK. I understand. Like programming without a VCMII. This "was" or "is" supposed to be a stand alone installation package, but my loss I guess.
Thanks again Able!

Lots of really poor quality clones out there. I use a genuine one, but this clone A2 version from this seller is known to be quite good. No affiliation, just a trusted vendor.
