Hi guy, Can someone help me with error code E723? I diagnosed my BMW X5 2008 with OBD2 and it came up under Air Conditioning Codes. It states: steaming up pane V, 2D1. Thanks

NEED HELP FAULT CODE E723. 2007 BMW X5 . A/C not blowing cold
A decent BMW diagnostic scan tool will tell you codes in words much clearer than the original post above. To have any hope of diagnosing your issue using ONLY the codes in the IHKA, you're going to need a better diag tool, preferably one with two-way communication, which can command the IHKA.
That said, the first place I begin when a car comes in with "A/C not blowing cold" is to evacuate, vacuum, and refill the system with the exactly correct amount of refrigerant. Of course, if the system doesn't hold the vacuum, it has a leak.

E723 from IHKA = CAN Message status mist windscreen, which probably means the fogging sensor is faulty...
It is unlikely to be related to your lack of AC, however.

328 POWER 04. you are right.
The other fault codes is E72D and A670 ( FZD): signal line , fogging sensor.
Im using the Foxwell scan tool.

do i need to look into the fogging sensor?
E723 (condensation sensor. 0x2D1), receiver integrated automatic heating /air conditioning system. transmitter roof function centre.
E72D (control valve in the air conditioning compressor. 0x2D6). receiver integrated automatic heating /air conditioning system. transmitter JBE
thanks for taking your time to look into this.

The error for CAN communication to control valve code is significant.
Did you disconnect the compressor control valve?

Car would not start. After research, I replaced the junction box module 4 days ago. Car running fine but AC not. Did not disconnect the compressor control valve.
Used or new?
Did you program and code the junction box? Foxwell won't do that, so I assume no.

Used and no
BMW Part number :9243021
Supplier :Preh
showing this on the scanner
Assuming this is the faulty part.
What part number correlate to?
Junction box needs to be programmed and coded before you can determine anything
