My bmw 328i

First time on here so dont know if im putting this in right place but hopeing someone can help me ! Basically i got a bmw 328i auto 1999 and when started when engine is cold the revs drop up and down only a little and when i drive along and come to stop it sometimes stalls ! But when its hot that problem goes but then now and again you get a slight jerk when going threw gears mainly at top end like on motorway ! So if anyone can help me here much appreciated 👍🏼

I would start with the basics: spark plugs, fuel filter and MAF sensor cleaning.

I'd start by reading stored codes with a good BMW specific scanner, and a smoke test of the intake system to find the leaks.
