I'm impressed on the number of parts on this car that can be reconditioned or repaired instead of buying a new part. It was leaking and the rubber o rings inside were rotten. Found o rings at the local hardware.

This was the final assembly. The nylon washer was cut down from another washer to fit. I used a large drill bit. Added masking tape to the bit until the washer fit snugly. Then spun the drill and used sand paper until the washer was fitting into the valve cap perfectly. The threads into the tank were wrapped in plumbers tape to stop them from leaking. Do not over tighten!

Finally someone posts a detailed parts pic, thanks. Some years back I also had that quick connect valve taken apart on a 750, it was completely clogged by concentrated (wrong) "window washer". They had added dishwasher or whatever into the large tank , although there is the smaller tank on the 750 for the concentrate.

You're welcome! I've found through my searches, there needs to be more Video on these repairs. The PDFs are indispensable but videos sure would be nice. Shogun, You probably have a YouTube channel with videos right?
I dropped this in a bench vise and scared the end a tiny bit. I suggest caution and a suitable material to grip and protect the valve housing while disassembly.
No, I do not have a youtube channnel, all is on the youtube channel of one of my wrenching buddies , on the right side of this website there is a link to the youtube channel http://e32b12.blogspot.com/

cool! And here are the two o-rings I used with a little Vaseline. She works like a well oiled machine. Removing all the corrosion/calcium deposits from the O-ring areas is important to good sealing.

I'm fairly certain there is a missing gasket from under the lid/cap of the valve housing. I'm getting a slow drip. I saw some materiel under there and was hoping it was just inconsequential. Now to make a gasket for the cap. hmm.
