Car locked itself with key in the ignition

It turns but nothing happens. However after the 45º it feels different.

So after registering NavCoder and sending the command to unlock all several times with no results I just caved in and broke the front passenger side glass. Now I understand that if the car was double locked I wouldn't have been able to pull the interior handle of the door and pull it twice to get it opened. So there might me something wrong with my driver's side lock mechanism. In the meantime, replacement glass from the pick a part installed, speaker replaced and BOTH remote keys programmed (just in case).
