2001 740I M Sport

Posting up my 2001 740i M Sport. $6500 152k miles, slightly under but will go up as I drive it. Silver on grey leather, lots of options heated seats, rear shades, folding mirrors, nav and working Motorola! I recently purchased this to supplement my E90 M3 so Im not driving that daily and on trips. With that in mind, Ive tackled a TON of common issues that come along with this chassis as well as purchased this one as the timing guides and chain were already replaced. I just replaced a good portion of the cooling system which Ill list below and am having an issue bleeding it, but that will be fixed before any sale goes through! (Cooling system has been complete. Installed new thermostat and rebled the system). All is good. Im expecting a baby girl in May and want to consolidate cars and get something under warranty, newer and less time intensive. My E90 M3 is also for sale if that tells you anything! Im working a ton of hours and with the new born, I wont want to be dealing with working on cars or pouring money into one. I have this for sale locally on Craigs for slightly more than here to deter lowballers but Im pretty firm on this price. I have about $8000 into it total and with the amount of work done, Id say this is a fair deal all around. I just did a quick paint correction, its not perfect but presents itself very nicely. There are some scratches, dents and chips along the way as to expect with a car of this age. It also leaks a small amount of oil, dime size, if it sits for a few days, from the rear main seal. Im just not willing to pay to do it but for full disclosure the new owner should know it does leak slightly. The tamper dot is lit but the mileage checks out on carfax. PO told me he drove the cluster was repaired due to pixels failing and was illuminated after install. I also have a new Charcoal filter ready to go in and if I have time Ill install it. Every now and then I get CEL for it and my shop said its the canister. OEM one waiting to go in. The windows were tinted to a dark amount to help manage heat down here in South Florida, sides at 15% and windshield is 50%. You hear horror stories of the heat down here ruining older interiors and this one is in great shape so wanted to maintain its shape. Headlinder is slightly sagging in the rear. Its not bad at all and you can definitely glue it back up very easily but I have no experience with that and don't want to ruin in. That said, Everything works inside and out, there isn't anything that is supposed to work and doesn't. Even the OBD and Cupholder is functional! Really not happy with the pictures of the seats as they look dirty but they're not. Its raining here today, Ill get some better ones. Forum price $6500. PM any questions
