In the old days of racing you would read plugs a given rpm then shut the engine off,,I would have a shop read live data if your concerned, but seeing how the engine management system does every thing it's probably alright
Looks pretty good to me. I'd have doubts that you would ever be overly lean as the ECU should take care of it all. Granted that assumes you have good O2 sensors and no vacuum leaks.
I've seen a similar color to plugs from lead fowling when I put too much lead additive in my Austin Healey. But a nice light brown color like that isn't bad. If it were actually lean I would expect a lot more buildup.
