Catalyst temp warning in MID.. does anyone know the location of the relay?

Japan Spec 1991 850- the Mid shows a "catalyst overheat" message on startup. I have read that the v12 Japan cars will often do this, and I do know that there are cat temp sensors at the rear of the cats.

I found some stuff about E32's that says to simply pull the relay under the rear seat to omit this feature.

Does anyone know where this relay is in an E31?
