Thinks to know beofre buying a 98 740il with 200,000

Seller claims that the car runs perfect. Any things I should need to know before considering buying this car I know the usual timing chain problems these have but what else is there? If I purchase this car it will be sometime February 2019 and I Look to drive it on a road trip the spring New York to Florida which is about 1100 miles each way. Would the car even make it?

The car would likely make the trip, provided you have a little time between buying it and the trip to go over and it find / resolve anything that looks like it might be an issue on the trip.
