Hmm. Or, and I’m just spitballing here, you buy the Toyota, get a Z4 hood and front surround panel/front bumper, headlight housings, front quarter panels, along with the associated badging trim, plus the kidney nostrils, and then just paint/wrap the car to that green. Twenty bucks says it winds up being a metric butt tonne cheaper, easier, and have the same resale value, give or take a couple of dollars. Plluuuuussssss, you’ll wind up having the parts to take it back to stock, if you feel ever so inclined to do so... though I don’t know why one would be inclined to do anything said here at all.
Ugh. The more I read about these cars, the more I realize how this could’ve potentially been so much better, and what a wasted opportunity these cars are, how dumb this partnership wound up being, and how truly disappointed I am in addition to how old that utter lack of excitement for modern cars truly makes me feel.
