Which one is more reliable 2015 750Li or 740Li?

Seeking advice from others that have experience with the newer twin turbo engines. I am coming out of a 2006 750Li and hope they are much better without all the oil, water leaks and a lot of others things always going wrong. I am looking to purchase a 2015 7 series but am wondering if either one (750Li or 740Li) is more reliable over the other by far or are they comparable. I am aware that the 750 has more hp, just want to know if one has by far less leaks/problems than the other?

    Thanks for any help!

Certainly the 750 can't be called a reliable car. I unfortunately bought a used 2014 750i (with n63tu engine, supposedly having fixed the original problems with n63). I've been stranded twice with the dreaded Drivetrain Malfunction, and have sunk a couple thousand $ only on solving these problems.
