BMW 318d 2006 e90 Most likely a Starter Problem?

I have this weird issue, where my BMW starts When Its cold, but once the car heats up, It turns over after a couple of tries sometimes (10-20) sometimes it will not turn over at all, I can hear a sound of the motor trying to turn over its like an electric buzz sound, If the car wouldn't start when its cold i would have no doubt that it is the starter.
Any Ideas?

Hello and welcome to the forum! Before spending any money on parts, try to pull the car's fault codes. Even if you don't have a CEL on, there are likely stored codes.
