For sale - 1998 E39 540. Needs some work but I have a baby on the way (St Louis area)

Greetings all. The title spells out the basics. CEL on with P0500, P0305, P0307.

1998 E39; Silver. I've tried to take good care of it... synthetic fluids since I got it (May '11). Amsoil in the tranny / diffy. Mobil 1 0W-30 in the motor.

Exterior: Waxed semiannually. Minor scrapes & bruises. A bit of house paint on front left fender. Average number of door dings for a 20 year old car. Tiny dent beneath driver's side taillight. Rear bumper cover features a few scrapes lower down. Trunk roundel flaking. Hood roundel fading. Nicely tinted windows.

Interior: Leather in good shape. Vinyl in good shape. Wood grain has an average number of cracks. Driver's power seat only partially works, so if you change the height you'll sit at something of an angle. Plastic button molding on driver's seat cracked. Moonroof headliner falling down.

Motor: Medium-sized oil leak(s) up front. Probably the timing cover gaskets. Small PS leak somewhere. Cylinders 5 & 7 misfire when cold; runs great when warmed up. Oil leaks drip on exhaust and stink.

Other systems: P0500 (vehicle speed sensor) code; R&R'd the right front; the others could probably stand to be taken out and cleaned. Dash pixels pretty good, a few out here & there but not terrible.

Other misc comments:
* New Continental Extreme Contact DWS06 tires up front. (As in, new already this year.) Rear Conis have about 13k on them.
* New braided steel brake lines in back. July 2018
* New rear suspension (links & ball joints) October 2017.
* New security computer August 2016
* New Bosch starter March 2016
* New NGK plugs October 2015

Upgrades: Zionsville radiator & electric fan. RX350 HID projector headlights w/ 85122 bulbs. GROM Audio bluetooth replacement for the CD Changer. Small amp & subwoofer. Bavsound Stage I speaker upgrades. Second brake light in rear fog position.

Other thoughts: man this is a great highway car. I'm genuinely sad to be parting with it. I also threw this ad up on the local CL.
