Hello all,
I posted this on Bigcoupe, but I thought it might help to cross-polinate here.
I would greatly appreciate some help with my oil cooler. It looks as if the mounting tabs have broken off, and a previous owner very hastily mounted it using some zip ties. Since I am mid-repair on multiple issues, and my shop lift makes working under the nose a real pleasure, I would like to get this cooler mounted correctly. Does anyone have (or could take) pictures of their oil cooler and its mounting tabs that they could share with me? I am pretty sure I can weld onto the still mounted tab remains, I just need to be positive what pieces I need to make.
Thanks.

Jose plug this( 17111122115)into realoem These are the brackets that mount the oil radiator to the frame and they are available new. Once you have those you can figure out what is missing from the radiator itself. I have been through this and it is nothing complicated.

I have one on the M635 in the shop I could shoot pictures of. It's up in the air, so easy to do if needed
Hey folks. Someone on bigcoupe posted a pic. showing what I needed to see. I'm good to go.

DaHose, are you R&Ring the valve that opens when the oil gets hot enough to pass thru the cooler? I have been looking for some info on the unit that fits above the oil filter...where the oil cooler lines end up. This unit apparently has a temperature or viscosity valve? any info would be super helpful, thx!
