Radiator and ltr test fit with factory mustang fans! Also got the clutch bled tonight. Brakes and power steering are next. I'm waiting on a couple fittings for the power steering as well as a reservoir tank, I have the power steering pump mounted as well and I need to order a slightly longer supercharger belt because of the pulley size is a little bit bigger than the AC pulley that I replaced
Fab'd up my power steering reservoir mount! I need one more fitting to complete the power steering system, then all I have to do is tighten all my brake fittings and fill everything with fluid! I think this should work out well. It's a super tight engine bay so this location was almost the only option.
Looking good my man!! What is that pressure sensor/transducer for next to your TPS sensor? Fuel pressure? Is it factory?
I thought it looked aftermarket. I have a few of those of various pressure ranges all over my car at this point. I probably need another CAN I/O board to be able to log them all.
Some video from my first test! https://youtu.be/y8kvfkiM0XE
Some updated photos, sorry I haven't updated much, I was in a crunch to get the car done. I will be doing a quick summary video of the entire swap and I'll post it here! If anyone has any specific questions just ask.
Aw you had to cut the hood

Ha! As if you didn't WANT TO cut the hood and show the world that blower.
I guess that is understandable. Coyote swap into an e46 is rather rare. Lol.. I had a few people ask if I had LS swapped the 540 when it was finally fast.
Some updates from shakedown yesterday. I was having some fuel starvation issues so I have a bimmerworld jet pump kit on order to help keep fuel where it needs to be. When I did the half oval full drift the whole time, it was cutting out, which ultimately led me tapping the wall unfortunately. I haven't looked too much at the damage but looks like two new wheels and a lower control arm is all I need besides rear bumper. This thing rips! I'll have some video posted later today or tomorrow.
E36 and e46s are good for side wheel hits. The lower control arm breaks and it's easy to replace.
