I'm getting ready to pull the trigger and start buying parts for my swap. I spent the better part of the day look at the accessory drives. Its hard to find fbody packages locally or online used. I looked at some bracket kits but they dont include any parts besides the brackets and it adds up quick!
I found a new setup from a couple places for CTSV accessory drives for ~650. Examples below.

What have you guys done to overcome the clearance issues? Is there a different route you would recommend? I would like to retain AC.

Whatever accessories you plan to run make sure to use the appropriate water pump and crank wheel. Ict has reasonable brackets and depending on what ac compressor is factory in your car, they have a bracket that will bolt a certain factory bmw compressor to the ls.
