    Headlights problem

I’m having an issues with my headlights. Here’s the story since I received the car; only one of the low beam outer bulbs illuminate (no power to the middle bulb) per pod and the concealing headlights blink when you turn the lights on,

-when the switch is turned off, the bulbs turn off but the headlight pod doesn’t move.

-Once you turn them on again the blink, (cycle from up to down to up again) and outer bulbs work fine.

-I put a brand new relay in (tall green) and the brights work as they should.

-the lower flash to pass bulbs are not working as well.

Any suggestions on where to look next? I’m thinking the Lamp control module but thought I would ask the group before I starting throwing parts at it.

the bright lights relay is a separate/different green relay from the green relay that controls the up/down motors.
look up how to re-flow the solder on those relays.

On the concealing lights, the outer bulb is low beam, the middle bulb is a FOG light and finally on the inside is the high-beam. So, don't expect the middle bulbs to come on unless you switch the fog lights on.
