Some pricey cars! And the guy should park his car in the sun rather than the shade to take a decent pic.
This one looks decent if you don't zoom in to the pix:

Intirgued by this one, not sure what has been done when they say all services up to date. Assuming they mean 30/60/90k etc.

Yep.
You guys are good. The ad didn't jump out at me that way too much but a search of the contact phone number yielded:

Yup, not surprised... As soon as they say "fully loaded" and proceed to list features like power windows and power steering, you know they're lot rats. And then the final obvious statement, "Calls only".
Feels like I already shared this one, the interior rings a bell, I don't know: https://chicago.craigslist.org/nwc/c...836668731.html
But I don't recall it "smoking" last time...
I know the reason lol. Still looks pretty decent. Alcantara seat bottoms are interesting. Need Frankie to fix map pockets.

In the ad:
I have just the had the car in a service shop tallying a bill of about $1,800.00 for services that include replacing 3 molded coolant hoses, replacing coolant, a power steering high pressure line assembly, replacing fluid, and a cam position sensor
Sheesh $1800 for that?
One for you Chamberlin!

Very nice thanks! Exactly same configuration as mine, except it has double the mileage! It's cool to see it with non-chrome M-pars though! I'm still looking for a set of mint rears, but I think I've found some a couple of hundred miles away. Just haven't made the trip yet.
Boy that green does look good.
What’s up with that trunk badge?
Another Greenie!

Yeah this car would have a good price for the mileage but the cosmetic issues are kind of scary. Makes me worry about its maintenance history with all the cosmetic issues that wouldn't be too bad if they were taken care of as they developed. I see missing bumper and kidney trim, missing turn, wrong badge and a cracked rear bumper. If you felt comfortable with the mechanical stuff it could be a good reclamation project.
And here's its twin about 15 miles up the road.

That's wild; how many purple-on-purple 740's did they make in '98?
That one is Apen Silver. Nice.
Here’s some great info on colors and production numbers:

Almost pulled the trigger on this car but couldn't justify it financially. Seller is a stand up guy.
Man, if only it had black interior...

I was gonna say someone is going to buy this and flip it on BaT, then I saw it has a "branded" title: https://www.cars.com/vehicledetail/d...mtrctid=383700
It's an understatement saying it needs suspension work.
Lets get the party started before it's my bedtime.
