1979 and 1980+ tail lenses and a center grill are not interchangeable. Lights can be swapped if the whole housing is replaced, early center grill does not fit later models.
Judging by the photo above, it looks like these are 77-79 parts.

Max, you are so right. And thanks for teaching me a thing or two about these cars. I only had one and it was a 1979. These parts came on that car that's long gone. This is all I have. Oh, I also have a complete set of that black moldings that go on fender, doors and quarter. In excellent shape.

1979 was the year they changed from early to late as well (mid year). Glad someone has a better eye than me.
