    Looks like a security driver for bolts with the matching pattern. Probably for the hubcap/cover/whatever as mentioned.

    OK--time for another challenge--what is this tool? It is about 9 1/2 inches long.

    You will need that one to turn the spark plug socket that is 3 slots to the starboard in the tool tray.

    Also works to align the wheels onto the hub before you tighten the lug bolts.

    Hmmmm ...... The pins on the linked Borbet tool are evenly spaced around the edge, with a centering "nub". The tool in the picture has offset teeth, with no centering nub. I still think it is a wheel center wrench, but not sure it's for Borbets.
