Sudden Engine Vibration in BMW Z3

Hi guys, I have BMW Z3 Roadster 1998 convertible 2.8 L, Europe left side steering wheel, I got sudden engine vibration, the car is already has a vacuum leak but was working silently and no vibrating.

please advise if possible

Miles on the car? What things have been replaced? ... recently? Big vibration? Small? At some rpm but not others? While accelerating, while decelerating, or while idling? Gets worse going over bumps? When hot or cold? AC on or off? Turning vs straight line? What other variables????

I guess it's not a miss, because that would be a shaking not a vibration. Don't know what would make an engine vibrate, so maybe it's in the drive line. Sudden things can happen there with the qiubo and center bearing.

Motor mounts can collapse, wouldn't necessarily throw a code...

Motor mounts in my mini did that. So much vibration...

Had the similar issue on my Odyssey. Front engine mount was 2 pieces. Had slight vibration. Engine wont bounce on it because the front mount also have another place which holds the engine, but was enough to make the vibration
