    Coolant consumption

    Hey guys/girls, I have a 2008 750LI and lately I've been going through coolant. Any ideas on my first line of troubleshooting? Thanks for the help.

    Cooling system pressure test,
    or an engine cylinder leakdown test if no external leaks found.

    Correct.

    Be aware that the valley pan under the intake can leak, and the coolant dries and evaporates before it ever makes it to the ground.
