My Boschs are barkin' as they should be after several hard winters.
No question its worth the coin for The Good Stuff but I have no idea what is The Good Stuff and what is snake oilery.
Anyone have good experience recently? I get snow n ice here in CT.
Valeo/SWF is the best wiper for these old BMWs. PN 800201 (800 series) You'll usually have to order them online somewhere. Try amazon or rockauto. OE style and should do a good job of following the curvature on the right side of the windshield. They're also cheap enough (~$10 each) to swap out at least once a year. They aren't winter blades, but I've never really found them to worth it.

But treat the windshield first. I use Aquapel, then run Rain-X washer fluid.

I have winter blades on my Mercury Villager. They lift off the windshield at air speed over 65 - not any good. Don't know the brand. Anyone else have this problem?
The OEM wipers are pretty good, they have a little wing on them too to help them stay on at high speed. They accept replaceable blade inserts, which are really cheap.
I use Bosch, they wipe stuff.

Get yourself two of these and make use of FCP Euro's lifetime replacement program. OE blades that work really well that will be free to replace (minus shipping costs). No, I don't work for FCP but I do love their lifetime replacement program!
