Is it possible to replace the foam within the brake booster?

Hello, i'm doing the bushings on the brake and clutch pedal, and I noticed there is a foam ring around the shaft that the brake pedal actuates. Mine, being 20 years old has started to deteriorate. I don'e see anything on realOEM, and I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed this and done anything about it. Thanks in advance.

Looks like it only comes as part of the booster.

It is just to keep dust out of the vacuum diaphragm.
