    Coolant bleeding issues!

The car is a 2003 z4 2.5. Okay so I recently drained all my fluids to replace, along with changing the radiator, expansion tank, thermostat, and water pump. I’ve tried numerous times to get the system bread which had resulted in a waste of 6 containers of coolant ! I’ve parked my car on ramps with the front up. Turned fan on low and heat on Max I’ve tried numerous times to pour in the coolant and to get it to come out of the bleeder screw hole but it just keeps draining out the hole near the bottom of the radiator. I think the over fill hole. Ive drained and retired many times and out of those times could only get heat to actually work once but still can’t manage to get any bubbles or coolant to come out of the bleeder screw no mater how slow or fast I fill the system and try to get it to come out.

It starts to get hot, theres defiantly a lot of air in the system. The coolant isn’t circulating to the heater core. I’ve only got it to once. But the coolant starts to pour out the overflow hole at the bottom every time I try to fill it. I can’t find a similar situation anywhere. And the head gasket is perfectly fine as well so that’s not the issue. I’m just confused as to why it won’t bleed the air out.

    I apologize for my ignorance...
Does the 2003 2.5 have that electric water pump?
When I replaced all the coolant on my 3.0, I needed to plug my car up to a charger and complete a series of dash/key controls to turn on the automatic bleeding of the coolant system.
You walk away and let the electric motor do its thing.

No it’s the belt driven water pump. Virtually the exact same thing as a e46 is equipped with when it comes to motor and cooling system to my understanding.

Isn't the hole at the bottom of the radiator the drain hole?

There is a specific way to bleed/vent the coolant system.
