    EDC Sport and Comfort differences

I have a 91 850i with edc and when I Switch it to “S”, I feel like there is no difference comapred to confort mode. Are my shocks broken? Is the difference day and night or subtle? What “should” it feel like when you switch it to sport?

Are the lights working on the switch? In our DIY group we had some probs with defective EDC modules, replaced them and function was o.k. again.
In case there is a fault in the system, the setting goes automatically into Sports setting = harder.

There is a noticeable difference in ride in my 97, I would assume yours should be the same.

I have a '91 with EDC but the front struts must have been blown out because front end of car would bob up and down along the highway so I have no idea how they struts/shocks would feel in 's' mode if working correctly.

I think my switch is a transparent green and it does not light up

For mine, my rear shocks are super stiff while the front is soft. It’s the same no matter what mode it’s in.
