X3 2010 won't drive initially

Hi, recently I changed a starter in the shop, after that I noticed some weird issue with transmission (not sure if it's related with starter, but.. ). When you start the car and switch to Drive it won't drive, like you on Neutral, you can increase RPM, no effect. But if I switch to Reverse, and move back even a little, then switch to Drive and all good, It's driving as expected during the cycle (you can Park, then Drive etc.), until you turn off the car. Then, same issue, need to Reverse a little then Drive.
Any ideas?

I'm not sure if our transmission uses a cable, but it could have slipped a little. However, the most likely solution will be that the transmission needs to be put in adaptive mode somehow. I'm not sure if you can do it through a handheld app or if you have to get that done by the dealer.
