Thanks for the comments. I dropped by after work last night and snapped a few more pictures (and dropped off a check ). He was working on the hood - he goes through 4 steps of wet sanding before buffing, and the hood is wet in these pictures. Here is where it was last night:

Quality repaint for sure. I know what it costs over here. Curious what it does over your way.
What "thumbs up" really means
Patrick now has the car buffed and is putting everything back on. Here is a picture from last night:

OK....S*#@ happens!
I was going to get to pick up the car yesterday evening after work. Everything was arranged. Patrick had everything ready, and opened the doors to the shop, went to the office to get the keys to move the car....then heard a loud BANG! A freak wind storm blew through and a strong gust hit just after he opened the door and blew a Jaguar 120 hood off the wall which was secured and stored and right into the rear quarter panel. No dent, but a scratch about an inch long through the paint. Patrick was sick. It will be an easy fix and Patrick said that we will never tell it happened, but... Since the car was just painted, we have about 1/3 gallon of red paint left (I had him order extra), and so it will be no issue other that the time and effort to fix.
Here is the rear quarter pre-scratch (sorry for the poor quality picture):

Patrick let me know last night that the scratch from the XK 120 hood accident is done. There was a delay as a solenoid in his compressor went out - and the company had to source it from overseas.
Anyway - all is well again with the quarter. Here is a picture from yesterday:

Looking good Roger - Yes, we had some crazy weather here the past month or so - had some nasty wind gusts blow some large tree branches from my neighbors yard into mine - all those arctic polar vortexes from up north this year were nasty. My brother in Chicago is rethinking his retirement plans to move south finally
I did a quick search but didn't see any reference to this - in case anyone's interested CSi WBSEG9327RCD00029 - is up for auction at Sotheby's during the Amelia Island Concours March 7th - 10th - You probably know this but thought I'd mentioned it. I'm thinking of going up Saturday if you were planning to go.

Also, CSi - WBSEG9322RCD00133 just sold in January for €120.750 in Paris -

Who was the guy who shipped these two US-market CSi's to Switzerland, of all places?
Paint looks great btw, Roger.
