Lightbulb post 200 000 miles service

    Hello all,
I recently passed 350 000 kilometers on my 99 Z3 and It's also due to an oil change. What should I change and/or check? The mechanic i am going to has a habit to just check them and say its fine no need to change .
I think that it has lost power since my mother's 2014 suzuki swift with 1.3 liter engine and a cvt transmission is faster than my 1.9. And it burns oil slightly. It burns around 1 liter of oil every 8000 miles.
    every bit of advice helps

Did you mean to say "1 liter of oil every 8000 miles. " ?

Yes, english is not my native language. Sorry for confusion. I add very small amounts throughout those miles and the sum is close to 1 liter.

I’d look at water pump, alternator, spark plugs

I'd look at all rubber bits and intake boots. Heater lines and fittings. Next would be suspension

If it runs well and has no codes, there is probably nothing wrong to be fixed with your 1.9. With that many miles, it could have low compression, which a compression test would show. However the cylinder wear that causes low compression also causes oil consumption, and your engine is using almost no oil. A quart in 8,000 miles is negligible.
The Suzuki Swift is a light and lively car and it's CVT makes the most use of its power. It is not surprising that the 1.9 is no faster.
It would help to know when you got your Z3, how many miles it had at that time, and what you know of its maintenance history.
Change the transmission fluid if that has not been done - it takes ATF with a viscosity of ~75, not gear oil.
If the cooling system has not been replaced, that should be your top priority, or else a sudden loss of coolant could happen. See:

Thanks for the replies, when I bought the car it had close to 300,000 kms in it. I changed the belts and front shocks in 300,000 km service. I don't know the history of the car. I will be checking compression, water pump, alternator and definitely those cooling system bits. Radiator is replaced but i don't know when. Hopefully i will drive it beyond 1 million kilometers
