Ok what do you have for a tune?

    What cams?

    What fuel/compression? Boost?

Post a dyno graph? If it’s a standalone what’s your vanos setup?

What happens if you raise the boost? i think 530hp is plenty for just 1,3 bar of boost.

Whats the compression? i could imagine it would start to knock somewhere around that power level on pump fuel. what does your exhaust system and exh. mani look like?

Looks like its breaking up or there is a valve control problem.

I mean it looks like its missfiring above 5000 rpms or the valves are floating due to not enough spring pressure. What is the spark plug gap? It could also be slipping the clutch or spinning the tires.

    hello
Is common problem valve float on m50 turboed?

On rpm gauge i not see strange rpm jump usual when clutch slip.
same for tires...when it slip i feel big black smoke but i not feel it
spark gapped at 0.4 mm but on afr log i not see strange behavior of afr.
what yu can see on video i posted boost has little fluctuation

Is it a vanos or non vanos cylinder head? I can't really tell much from your video but I do see the AFR and pulse width fluctuating slightly. I also noticed that the torque drops off sharply at 5200 rpm on the graph but the log shows the pulse width is still increasing till nearly 6000 rpms. Something is not quite right there. I think I would try a different set of coils, boots, and spark plugs

Non vanos heads have double valve springs and vanos heads have single springs. If you do have a vanos head the cams you have might be too aggressive for the single valve springs. I think that’s unlikely the problem but it’s a possibility so I wanted to mention it.

What dwell are you using now. The stock coils work best with about 4.5ms dwell while in boost

Springs are fine. Try using a dwell table with 2.5ms at 100 kpa and under and 4.5 ms at over 100 kpa
