HELP BMW shutting off randomly, CARLY APP CODES INCLUDED

2012 bmw 535 I v6 and I think it has the n55
Hello everyone. I've been looking for help for my sister's car issue since 5 months ago. taking it in for service is very costly for college student and cant afford it as of yet and was hopping if there anyone here who can help with the issue.
the car was bought from an insurance auction with deplored airbags.
I fixed main airbags and just disconnected the rest, replaced battery and disconnect cable that disconnect the engine from the battery in the trunk. the car worked fine until 5 months ago.

THE ISSUE IS HERE

struggle to start but its fine after starting. even fine to drive but few fox said it might be in limp mode since check engine is on.
the car started struggling to turn on with very low rpm at start when the weather is cold, today the weather was little warm I started it with no issues just a little low rpm at start for few seconds and after that everything worked fine.
it has oil gasket leak and some visible oil around the spark plug area, not much just little oil and it always been there since 1 year ago when she bought the car.
I got Carly adapter and the below codes are the fault codes. oil is what recommended for my sisters model and the oil level is at middle between min-max
getting a bmw was the worst idea she have done and we just want to get it back running to be able to use it again as its been sitting on the side of the street for few months now. I start it ones every week to charge the battery and check oil lvl.

You need to take it to a good independent BMW shop for diagnosis
