When I was new to Germany and had a limited vocabulary I resorted to rough translations. I needed some spark plugs for my car so I went to a store and asked for "Blitz Dubel" literally spark plug. Of course the guy looked at me like I just stepped off a UFO. Turns out the correct word is "Zuendkerze" or translated "sparking candle". I have since discovered the Germans have a great resource called a "Bild Woerter Buch" or "picture dictionary" that is really invaluable for identifying correct technical words for everything from cars to weaving. There are pictures and you just have to find the part to identify the correct name.
Anyway, I think I need to replace the plugs in my 2006 Z4M, any recommendations?
SS
Anzuenden = ignition (not spark)
Zeundkerze literally translates into ‘ignition candles’ which is the German equivalent to spark plugs

Correct, Zuend = ignite. Wrote that post earlier before I was fully awake.
Regardless, recommendations?
You need the ‘high power’ NGK spark plugs. It’s manufactured by Bosch and can be purchased from following vendor (or you could purchase from your favorite vendor)
