M54B30 into a 328ci

Hi guys,
I've been cruising on the forums for years now and I am looking for some help with a swap I have. I have been doing a lot of work on cars in the past couple of year, I started with a 97 civic for 400$ then sold it for a E30, then I bought an E46 328ci for next to nothing with a blown head gasket. I recently came across a e39 with a M54B30, and I'm planning on swapping the motor. But other than an oil pan swap and an ecu, what else would I need to do? the motor is originally an auto, would I need to do anything to fit my manual?

I'm doing something similar, I am swapping an M54 engine with a ESS supercharger into my 1999 M3. Have you gotten any responses to your post?
